Michelle's Story

"I came to Southern Surgical Arts because my daughter needed her wisdom teeth out. From the very beginning, it was such a wonderful experience. The receptionists were so warm and welcoming. The paperwork was simple and easy. The wait was very short. Dr. Charles was so kind and compassionate and answered all of our questions and was very patient and gave us all the time we wanted to spend with him. The day of the surgery, we were a little nervous — didn't know what to expect — but they got us right in, and they had a wonderful waiting room for the family. The procedure was really quick. By the time we got settled in, it was really already over. So, Dr. Charles came and got us, and we were able to go right back with our daughter in recovery, and I think we were here maybe another 20 to 30 minutes, and then we were on the road. Charles called to check on her the next day, which was really kind, and we appreciated it, and we have had no problems since."
