Meet Wade R. Barker, DDS, MD

Dr. Wade Barker is committed to his patients and earned both a medical and dental degree so he could provide them with outstanding care.

About Dr. Wade Barker

Dr. Wade Barker was born in Lindale, Texas. He felt inspired to pursue the field of oral surgery because he enjoyed the broad scope of treatment and the ability to change someone’s entire facial appearance. Motivated by the small-town environment of a community-based practice, Dr. Barker was ecstatic to be invited to the Southern Surgical Arts team by Dr. Brian and Dr. Charles. The core beliefs of this practice align with his personal goals of implementing cutting-edge technology in a welcoming and friendly atmosphere while putting the patient’s safety as the number one priority.

If Dr. Barker could let his patients know one thing about his style of practice, it would be that his goal is to treat every patient like a member of his family. To him, the most rewarding thing about being an oral surgeon is having the ability to relieve someone’s pain and being a factor in a positive change to someone’s life.
